If it weren’t for tumblr, he would have never had a fighting chance.  However, Nikko did not make it. I got an email from customer service telling me to basically stop trying to help him because at this point they do not want to adopt him out. WHY they take issue with adopting out a dog with NO bite history towards humans or animals, I do not know.  I have no good words for this. I am heartbroken. My foster puppies are sick, kittens are being PTS for no other reason than that there is no room for them either, and Nikko is gone.  I am sorry I couldn’t of done better by you, Nikko. I will keep you in my heart. RIP. RIP Nikko. One of far too many who have died through no fault of their own.
