Hello could you please put out a message about fostering a young, emaciated pitbull in the CT, Mass, RI, NY area. I found her wandering the streets earlier today with a belt tied very tightly around her neck. I was unable to get her and my dog to be friends, both are sitting in separate rooms, my dog is freaking out.
